Production and assembly of steel structures

Metal products are relatively less demanding for the development and production of steel structures compared to, for example, machine elements, but they are at the very top of the scale in terms of liability in the event of an error and eventual failure of the structure.

As a result, load-bearing structures are generally under the special scrutiny of the profession and regulations.

With that, Trgometal is certified for the production of steel structures according to HRN EN 1090-2 up to and including execution class EXC 3, ISO 3834-2, where welding is in the center of attention and together with other processes form a technological-functional unit (design, material procurement, thermal and cold forming, AKZ, transport, assembly, etc.)

After the project has been obtained or carried out by our own staff, the customer’s requirements are defined, and on the basis of this, technological and workshop drawings, material procurement and preparation for production are carried out.

We are able to produce all types of structural steel S235, S275, S355 or from wear-resistant steel, steel with a high toughness limit Weldox and other weldable steels.

In addition to building steel structures, we also produce industrial equipment that is similar in terms of production: bulk media conveyors (belt, bucket, screw), silos and reservoirs of various dimensions and purposes, industrial pipelines of various media and pressures, and other process equipment.
